Evaluate my back routine

    I'm thinking of maybe either adding in rows or substituting rows for shrugs. Thoughts?

    substitute pulldowns for wide-grip pullups and add some yates rows in there

    I did pullups for a while but I question whether I can't get three sets of 8 done right now, and as of now I'm going for a higher volume workout so I'm thinking of switching primarily to pulldowns for a month or two.
