Euphoric's 2009 Log (No more G\F = Workout Time)

    So like - the g\f and i broke up.

    Last semester was an awful schedule for me to work out anyway and the time i spent with her on top of it pretty much dominated most of my time. Just trying to get back into the swing of things.

    During most of the relationship i lost time to work out on a regular basis. This semester allows for the same day every day work outs which is great. Goal is to be under 175 by the time march hits. Wish me luck dudes :)

    Monday: Chest / Shoulders
    Tuesday: Legs
    Wednesday: Biceps / Back
    Thurs: Heavy cardio
    Friday / Sat: off or play sports outside with friends if possible
    Sunday: Cardio if i am feeling up for it, likely off


    Critiques welcome - i really don't know too much what i am doing and i am just going off my highschool soccer workouts

    don't do your high school routine, do the routine stickied at the top of the F&N forum for bodybuilders (thread by NoQuarter). It's for bodybuilding, so if you're more interested in just getting strong then there's plenty of other routines you can do for that.

    just kinda looking to trim up a bit and tone a bit. not looking to gain too much mass

    weak workout tonight. just cardio / abs

    never seen the gym so packed in my life / i was in a bit of a hurry. should be a good one tomorrow morning

    Routine looks fine to me if you like it. Maybe put arms on their own day right after bi/chest, then a day break then legs.

    been doing a lot of physical activity this week. finally made it to the gym.


    pretty standard cardio / tri - shoulder workout tonight.
