have there been any actual side by side tests on which of these actually promote better absorption?
the two that i'm most interested in are for creatine & arginine.
i currently use cee & my body reacts well to it.
I also used a 100g of ArginineEE over a period of ~45-60days & had improved endurance throughout the workout.
however, i've never used a product with AKG. So...
no, why would researchers care about that crap, and who's going to fund it
because there are already a bunch of stupid products on the market that are getting esters & akg added to them for no reason at all. I was hoping that there would actually be some clarification provided.
it's called marketing gimmicks
