I've been lurking here recently and need some advice. I don't want to be huge, just more lean. I'm on about a 2500 calorie per day diet 5' 11' 180lbs. Wouldn't really call it a cut more than a lean out. Im on an EC stack (kept me up last night, fuck) other than that I'm following the routine in the sticky, but not the diet. My diet is currently about 41p/38c/21f. Should I lower the carbs or stick around that level? any other advice? Ibbulkskinny
(holy buddah my traps are non-existent :wtc:)

how about cardio as well? I've been trying doing 2 minutes slower 2 minutes fast lately for about 30 minutes, but usually I stick with 30 minutes after workout maybe 4 times a week.

High protein / moderate fats / low carbs works wonders for me for leaning out.

I don't know what that frozen meal is but I would drop it anyway, frozen meals usually have a ton of sodium.

there's nothing with some sodium, especially on a cut when it's already fairly low

I personally would cut the fruit and yogurt and throw some veggies in their place, then add some fats at night

Less carbs, less calories. I started my cut @ 6'3" 207lb and 2500 calories is a bit on the high side for me.

Sigh, Ill give it a shot, but no apple pwo? And would a more appropriate ratio be like 40/30/30, or 45/30/25?

Cals look good, fat needs to be about 15g higher, carbs need drop by about 50g, and protein is decent.

To drop those carbs, just cut that cheerio serving in half and instead of a whole english muffin, just do half. That will fix that.

Increase your fat by 15g by adding in more olive oil to a meal that doesn't have it yet, handful of almonds, or avocado.

Don't take EC after 4pm or so.

Not that you should really need it anyways.

Isn't it unhealthy to eat 12 cans of tuna per week? That's a lot of mercury.
