Getting an "Unknown Hard Error" when booting up the OS. Also getting an error saying system32\services.exe has cause an error and the OS will shut down in 30...29....28... seconds.
Also, when I boot up and come to the log in screen, a window pops up saying one or more services did not start up.

Any ideas what this could be? Motherboard, HD, driver, ????

There was a virus like this going around a month or two ago that affected Windows 2000 computers. One of our computers got hit even though it has up to date virus scan definitions. McAfee's stinger.exe fixed it though.
