It seems to make more sense than a box
that's true, looks friggin weird / delicate though
interesting concept. i dont know how easily people would be able to break the habit of a box though.
it reminds me of going from a normal keyboard to this
I can't live without the natural keyboard
How the hell you supposed to mount this to a tripod?
I'd like to see anyone try using that thing with some heavy glass...
Wow, that would get tiring. Way to go in the ergo department.
I can see that for d5000 users, not for anyone serious about photography.
Seems like it would force your elbows way out away from your body...not where they should be for steady shots.
Using a zoom lens would be cumbersome.
I can think of a hundred ways that design would NOT be better than the current
Wirelessly posted via wap.offtopic.com (Opera/9.80 (J2ME/MIDP; Opera Mini/4.2.13918/1128; U; en) Presto/2.2.0)
Put a 3lb telephoto on that and tell me how comfortable it would be... No easy way to balance that design.
That's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever seen. How are you supposed to zoom/focus or balance any heavy or long glass?
pics of battery grip for it?
if you throw it, does it come back? In for more cool flying camera shots!
that lens is filthy
Thats interesting, I was watching a show on design the other day and they talked about how some things haven't changed for such a long time. One thing they talked about how the camera hasn't changed it shape really ever, it was designed around film and even though film isn't as popular the shape hasn't changed.
I don't think this style is going to catch on but it is still interesting.
so how do you shoot vertically? has this guy ever held a camera?
That thing looks retarded.
How can you clip your elbows for panning shots?
Wonder if she's related to Gary Fong
