    DE Bench


    barbell bench - 185lbs 8 sets of 3 (3 different grips) with mini bands

    tricep pushdowns - 4 sets of 12 with average band

    front raises - 4 sets of 12 light band

    dumbell rows - 85lbs 4 sets of 12

    ME Deadlift

    deadlifts - worked up to 460 x 1

    pullthroughs - 4 sets of 12 strong band

    3 sets of light good mornings

    4 sets of 10 of situps with 25lb plate behind neck

    grip work (COC #2 sets of 3 and negatives)
