Okay so I am looking into getting some workout equipment to get bigger/build muscle. I have a decent build with a lot of potential and really want to get my own equipment as there are no local gyms/plus I do not have the money for a membership, and the equip. would be a gift. Also driving to a gym would not be too feasible with me traveling back and forth to school, and gas prices, and also one more reason not to workout, etc. So, Im curious about bowflexes - I've heard a lot about them, how efficient are they in building muscle mass and getting big? Or are free weights better? Any suggestions are welcome - also any key diet tips that would help build muscle (protien?) would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
