    i'm by no means fat... but i want to get majorly CUT. i eat right and i work out... just need a little something extra on the side. what do you guys think?

    If you're sure of that, then by all means go ahead. Do you have any history with stimulants? How much have you learned about it?

    I've always been a big advocate of E/C stacks. I'm on one right now. the advice I can give you, if you choose to do it, is be smart. Work you way in to see how stimulants will affect you. Don't start off at the normal dosage of 25mg E / 200mg C. Do something more like 15/100. Start with one dose a day for a couple days, then start working your way up. Water is your friend. I drink at least 2 gallons a day when I'm on E/C. All of the bad pub ephedra got was from people not knowing what they were doing (taking too much, taking it with preexisting health conditions, not drinking water, taking it then going out into 100-degree heat and conditioning). You have to be dedicated to take Ephedrine. There is nothing more in this world that I like then partying with my friends on the weekend - I'm in college, its what we're supposed to do, but I simply can't do it while on ephedrine.

    you gotta learn how your body will react to the shit. you will have to monitor your heart rate when you are exercising. I know the first time I fucked around with hydroxycut in high school I saw my rate spike up to 200bpm on the treadmill while doing HIIT :eek3: I quickly learned how powerful this shit is

    before you go out and start fucking around with a serious thing like stacking ephedrine, why don't you post your lifting routine and sample diet. Don't bullshit or make your diet look amazing just because you are typing it out. be honest. post your stats (height/weight/age/etc...) You might think you keep a clean diet and have a good routine, but they might be shit. the goal you want might be easily attainable without taking the big jump into stims.
