Ephedrine on a bulk?

    Would ephedrine help to keep the fat off on a bulk?

    Or would it just hinder efforts tto put on weight?

    Or it is just pointless?

    I couldn't bulk on E. It supresses my hunger too much.

    Apart from the hunger thing, would it be useful?

    I tried some the other day just as a stimulant and still managed to hit my daily calories :dunno:

    I think it is worthwhile. I think Bryanb Haycock recommended it once.

    I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would use a stimulant during a bulk. Isn't the whole point of a bulk to put on a bit of fat so you're operating at a surplus?

    I don't know about you, but I definitely don't want to put on fat, lol

    I know that *some* fat is inevitable, but if I can keep it to a minimum by taking 3-4 pills a day then I'm all in favour!

    and yes, a stimulant gives you a bit more energy for the gym

    anyway - I was just throwing the question out there.

    Why not just eat less?

    edit: I'd like to know too. If there is more to losing weight and trying to keep muscle I'd like to know. If I should eat more AND burn more to keep more muscle I can do that... or is it all cals in < cals out

    Yah, but on a bulk i feel great anyways and stims make me get such a pump I do LESS reps... it sucks
