Ephedrine caffiene stack

    im doing a stack of ephedrine and caffiene. 200 mgs caffiene with 50 mgs ephedrine in the morning and 200/25 2 more times thourhg the day.

    how good is this and how long do u think will take to lose wieght? cause i did it for like 2 weeks and starting to get a 6 pack going? I need to lose like 20 pounds tho. I have no scale though so idk how much wieght i lost.

    diet idk. like im at college. i usually eat stuff like turkey wraps and shit like that. guess around 1500-2000 cals a day not much junk food. i do 75 push ups and 75 situps a day. i try to get to the gym 3 times a week but i been really busy so like once a week only.

    you don't exercise and you expect to lose weight? Yeh, you'll lose weight....water weight and whatever lean muscle mass you have. Get your butt in the gym.

    i dont have time for the gym man. like i work and college and stuff. i no u gonna say "then y u posting here" but i really lack time and money.

    6 hours for school, 2 hours for football, 6 hours for work, and I still get into the gym. You either have the dedication or you don't.

    from the articles i read, even without lifting weights, the ephedrine helps maintain the vast majority of muscle mass. test subjects were obese individuals.


    but if you're not keeping track of your calories then the whole thing is stupid

    nah mang i got a nice base. i can benchpress 300+ still (340 max ever) and i was only like 240 to begin with (guessing im down to like 225 now total guess tho). like i played football all through High school. Im not some fat nerd who sits around eating donuts all day. and how can i count calories? like today i ate some tater tots, 2 decent size pancakes, 2 turkey wraps and 2 apples. I have no idea how many calories. i dont cook this shit i just go to the cafeteria and eat it.
