ephedrine + caffeine

    Alright I got some Bronkaid which has 25mg ephedrine sulfate and then some caffeine pills which are 200mg. How much do I take and at what points during the day?

    I see a lot of people recommending 25mg to start, I'd break it down as small as possible (into 8.25mg tabs if possible) to start.

    Ramp up as you build tolerance.

    Break each pill in half and try it out (so 12.5 and 100).

    Try that twice a day (morning then afternoon) and see how you feel

    If you build a tolerance or aren't sensitive to begin with then take 1 pill of each.

    Some guys (like Jonno I think) take like 75mg E at once so you won't die or anything from trying 1 each the first time if you want.

    I take 25 & 200 at 8AM, then 12PM, then 4 or 5PM... sometimes I skip the 5PM if I'm trying to sleep early or something.

    Excuse my ignorance but what's the purpose of ephedrine again?
    And why do you guys want/need to take caffeine all day..?

    yes, the caffeine can cause adrenal fatigue

    how are you guys feeling when you take your "correct" dosage....?

    not positive but this is probably an individual thing.. listen to your body and how it's responding, you will be able to tell when its too much because you will start to feel like shit. try 3-4 weeks on then 1-2 weeks off and see how it feels.

    Not just the caffeine.
    Perhaps the caffeine moreso because of a higher dosage but the ephedrine will definitely wear you thin too.

    true, i think the ephedrine can be kept for longer though (like almost 2 months), whereas caffeine needs to be cycled sooner. :dunno:

    like i said though i'm not 100% on this so someone correct me if i'm wrong.

    im currently taking (24mg/200mg) twice a day. Im not really "feeling" much from that. What I mean is when you take the "correct" dosage should it be really noticeable? As in tons of energy etc? If it matters I do "420" daily a good bit, if that would affect how much i need to take.

    Am I supposed to take it on an empty stomach? I took 200mg caffeine and 25mg ephedrine after I ate breakfast and I don't feel anything...

    It's weird I drink no coffee or soda or anything and I was taking green tea extract that has 160mg of caffeine it a couple weeks ago and just that alone was giving me a nice boost.

    it's not uncommon to cycle your EC stack with benadryl to help battle tolerance buildup. like 2 weeks EC, 1 week benadryl. I don't know the specifics though.

    I wouldn't use benadryl for EC tolerance. Take the time off and recover naturally if you need to.

    if you dont feel anything from 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine then try adding some yohimbine to it.......might take a couple times for you to mentally feel it, you should feel it in the gym though, take it 30 mins prior to training, eat normally with it, i wouldnt take it more than 2 times a day unless you get up really early, then do 3 no later than 4-5pm

    I don't think weed will have any appreciable affects on EC, but it may. I've blacked out once from mixing small amounts of caffeine, weed and alcohol -- when I had built up a tolerance to all 3.

    BTW don't take Y with EC. Y in the morning with C, then E and C later in the day, but never Y and E together.
