so im thinking of taking some eph HCL + caffeine for a month cycle , just to test it out

but im also on a 2k/day calorie diet

im 6'1 215, so its already low for me

so i was wondering if i should add in a few more calories to my diet while i take EC ?

why would you take ec unless you're trying to cut? i don't get what you're wanting to do if your thinking of adding calories so you can take ephedra and caffeine, they don't help you build muscle, so if you aren't looking to burn those cals why buy and take the shit?

well i want to cut, lose fat

but im also worried about the whole starvation mode thing

so since ephedra speeds up teh metabolism and all, i'll be burning way more calories

    just kinda worried i guess..

2000 cals a day at 6'1" and over 200 pounds i'd think you're low enough on cals as is without having to buy and take stimulants. if you're looking for some energy for lifts etc then why not but caffeine alone would probalby do the trick for that i guess. 6'1" 215 you aren't too overweight if any at all to begin with so no reason to go to drastic

Well, I read somewhere that you should do "your weight x 10" for your daily caloric amount for weight loss

    So I've been following that..

Since people are saying it's low, is there a better formula I should know about?

And yes, I'm overweight at 6'1 215, I have fat all over.

that's why i said "Drastic" in my post, i'm sure you can lose some weight but you sure aren't obese or needing to do some crazy shit to lose weight.

2000 cals isn't many especially if you're lifting and doing cardio Where are the cals coming from? protein carb fat %'s do you use fitday?

I'm interested in knowing where you made this purchase at. I, myself inquired about ephedrine a couple of days ago.

thats not verry many callories, however, EC is awesome, I use it more for energy before lifting, it is verry effective.

I dip tobaco to keep the hunger down if ti is a problem.

no, you shouldn't have to bump up your calories at all. i would bump up your water intake though and work up your tolerance slowly. i'd also take it easy come back down (don't just stop taking both cold turkey)
