Is there any way to enlarge clip art-style graphics in Photoshop without the edges getting jagged and pixelated, or any other major loss in quality? I have CS3

I thought I ran across an action for something like this once before, never thought I'd need it, and now I can't find it now that I really need it :o

Bicubic Smoother in the image size options does a decent job...but there has to be a better way

    halp plz

For something like that you can use the pen tool or even the wand tool, especially if it's just a solid color.

www.tutoralized.com for the win. That's the place i went to when I first started learning PHP but they have a whole bunch of stuff there too.

FlexiSign. It's a decal/sign software, but you can use PS as well. Pen tool is annoying to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's .
