    im awfully tired at all times. i get a good night's rest every night, eat healthy, and lift regularly, yet im ALWAYS drained during the day having to take multiple naps etc.

    do you guys recommend taking anything that can give you a boost to stay awake and feel energetic?

    (btw, i have a vitaminb12 absorption problem which i get injections for, so i know the cause of the fatigue is medically related and not mental or due to laziness.)

    hows your diet? Besides the b12 thing?

    I know that my energy level is directly related to my diet. During the days I fuck up my routine, I can feel my energy suffer from it.

    Oh, and stress. Stress kills energy.
