    I'm going to have freaking long days before I can lift and I was wondering what you use for added energy in the gym? I don't think i want to buy any creatine / energy mixes anymore, just mono and an energy booster.

    Have you thought of caffeine pills?

    If you're cutting I've read on here that thermorexin gives you a ton of energy, also you could think of E+C.

    I'm wanting to bulk, but really i guess any energy supplement will lead to a little weight loss.

    200mg of caffeine before your workouts is not going to lead to any excessive weight loss.

    I'd hold off on the thermorexin then because it will supress your appetite.

    Not sure if ephedrine will fuck with your apetite or not.

    Man sometimes I hate being able to get cut just on lowered calories because then I don't know that much about supps that aid in cutting. :mamoru:

    Mentally energize yourself

    I started taking vegegreen's nutritional stuff and it gives me more energy, its basically a whole bunch of vegetables ground up so its the real deal

    Have heard people say B12 injections.
    Or just the B12/b-complex pills. For B12, go with methylcobalamine instead of cyancobalamine though.

    Starbucks: Ice coffee, light ice, 2-3 shots. $4. Tastes like ass but gets me insane
