end summer goals

    by end of august....(reps negotiable, i can currently hit only one of these weights)


    bench : 225 x 5
    clean and press : 225 x 1
    squat : 315 x 5
    dead lift: 315 x 5
    pushups x 75
    pullups x 20
    bf : 8-9%

    now make like that guy in fantastic 4.... and FLAME ON

    Get as lean as possible. (7-8%)
    Get to a place mentally where I will be okay with then putting some of that fat back on to bulk.

    i'm going to try :noes:

    my actual numbers aren't too far off~

    (e.g. i think i'm @ ~300 on my squat, i can get 315 of the ground once or twice for DL, i can clean + press 185, i've cleaned 205 once, bench, i've been at that point before, but i've lost it since, etc etc)


    the leaning out part shouldn't be TOO hard, especially with the extra training that i'll partake in to try and hit these goals

    230lbs at around 9% BF would be nice, don't care about lifts hit those goals already. Maybe in the winter I'll bulk and try for some new ones.

    so no drive to look dried, sliced n diced for the summer you guys bulking through the summer?
    i like poolsides and beaches too much to not feel sad if i'm not in near-prime condition...

    Have you had any proper coaching? I can't get past 170 and I'm pretty sure it's a technique problem.
