This is in the journal but I figured I might get some good criticism/feedback in here on if anything is lacking. Tell me what sucks!! I need to know what to work on and if I'm on the right track.

Well, here's the total progress since mid May when I got out of school, and from 5x5ing over the summer with a lot of eating and hard work. I've put on a little bit of padding, but it's understandable. Starting somewhere in the low 140s and being at 181lbs now. It's cool to see how far I've come!! I'm still weak and small but it's nice to see results from hard work. I hope it continues.

Any criticism/input is appreciated - then again this is OT, so if I get yelled at, it's all part of the fun.

Before @142lbs-ish, finally found a shirtless pic from after i got my nipple rings (they were taken out in June after a bad barfight)

    Now @181lbs

Thanks guys! My arms really aren't that big, I think it's just the camera angle or something.

    I'm about 5'9"

My big 3 I haven't really maxed except the DL, so with the 5x5 things stand now around

    Squats: 255x5
    Bench: hovers around 190-195x5
DL: tried right before the tat 2 weeks ago and I got to 385 before fail, 340x5 for reps

so they're still pretty small but it's only been a few months on this program, hopefully in a couple years of this stuff it'll build to something solid

I would think you could do more than 385 if you're doing 340x5

i went today to start up the routine again for the first time, and there's a huge sign saying

THE FOLLOWING LIFTS HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM THE GYM:

    DEADLIFT
    CLEAN
    CLEAN AND JERK
    HANG CLEAN
    SNATCH
    POWER CLEAN/SNATCH
    MUSCLE SNATCH
ANY OTHER VARIATIONS OF SAID OLYMPIC LIFTS

I'm hoping that if i get there after 10-10:30pm they won't bother me about it. Then again the usual 120lb kid they have working as gym monitor there probably won't care enough to tell me not to DL in the first place. Who knows. It blows.

awesome gains with not much b/f% increase it seems.

keep up what you are doing and shoot for 200lbs solid by the end of winter :)

Yeah. They probably don't want morons hurting themselves, then filing lawsuits. Which, based on what I see in my school gym, people would do. Both parts.

If you go to the right school, find the varsity athletics strength coach and talk to him. Most of them are really nice guys who know alot about strength training. I've never seen a college team that did no OLY lifts. Athletics coaches have major hardons for cleans in college. Talk about the new bans in the University Gym and see if he can give you a time in the Varsity weight room.

Considering your current gains, it shouldn't be too much trouble. Just eat big and train hard.... The rest will follow (as you have already seen).

Due to the relatively little amount of b/f you have put on, if you could get upto 200-210 by about March and then a solid 2 months cut would likely have you looking pretty good come May/June.

Yeah, I hope it continues to go that way. It's hard adjusting to school food and routine, instead of being able to easily shop/cook for myself back at home, but I'll figure out how to keep at it.
