Decline dumbbell bench press - 93
Decline bench press (Olympic bar) - 89
Push-ups between benches - 88
Flat dumbbell bench press - 87
Flat bench press (Olympic bar) - 85
Flat dumbbell flys - 84
This makes it sound like they did this all in one workout in this specific order.
After your chest gets tired you might overcompensate with others?
Oh and I bet all of these numbers could be greatly changed/flipflopped if you just SLIGHTLY changed your form. Who's to say the test subject had "proper" form?
i wish there would be a bb <=> db comparison!
