I need some help. I'm putting together a PowerPoint presentation for a chemistry class and I'm wanting to put a video in a slide. First of all, is that possible? I'm using Office 2007. Second of all, I got the video off of YouTube. It downloaded as the .flv format. Is there a free program that can covert this to .wmv or .mpg or something like that? Finally, is there a free program that I can use to just get a minute of the video? The video is about 10 minutes long and I only need from about 5:00 to 6:15 of it. So I need a way to snip out a section of the video. If anyone has any idea, I am open to all suggestions. I'm pretty up to date with computers and all of that mumbo jumbo. So I can follow along with stuff pretty well. Thanks for all of your help in advanced.

add an OLE object, embedded flash. Set "embed" property to "true" and set the filename appropriately
