Take consideration when ordering products from this popular fitness company. I realize they are one of the big names in fitness equipment, but that doesn't excuse them from ignoring customers. Story: On 2/26/07, I ordered 4 t-shirts through their website. Days later, I received my order from them but it was missing one of the t-shirts. I contacted their customer service email about the missing shirt but I received no response. Since then I have tried unsuccessfully 3 other times about my product that I paid for but they will not respond to me. I have used both their customer service email and their customer service section of the website. With all the advertisement of their site through free shipping mentions in F&N, someone needs to let you guys know they aren't the best choice. An error in shipping or packing is excusable, I would have no problem, but ignoring a paid customer is not.
