Take consideration when ordering products from this popular fitness company. I realize they are one of the big names in fitness equipment, but that doesn't excuse them from ignoring customers.

Story: On 2/26/07, I ordered 4 t-shirts through their website. Days later, I received my order from them but it was missing one of the t-shirts. I contacted their customer service email about the missing shirt but I received no response. Since then I have tried unsuccessfully 3 other times about my product that I paid for but they will not respond to me. I have used both their customer service email and their customer service section of the website.

With all the advertisement of their site through free shipping mentions in F&N, someone needs to let you guys know they aren't the best choice. An error in shipping or packing is excusable, I would have no problem, but ignoring a paid customer is not.

I could, but as I ordered online it obviously can be resolved online.

It's not like they aren't receiving my emails, which were very professional. I wasn't demanding, just asked if the particular shirt was out of order or was it a mistake.

It's my second order from them and on the first there were no problems. I'm not saying they are a scam, obviously not, but something is wrong.

They've always answered my emails quickly and handled everything else great. I usually just email Sir Wendler directly.

In this case I'd call them and explain the situation and that your emails have gone unanswered.

Well after the 2nd email, I did get a littler more demanding, but I still received no response.

It's not even an afraid thing. As the paying customer I shouldn't have to bend over backward to get what it's legally mine.

ugh all you want, they are disregarding their main form of communication (the internet)

when the vast majority of orders presumingly come from online, you can't ignore the internet customer service side

Making one phone call is "bending over backwards?"

your the only person who has ever been ignored, do you think it could possibly have to do with your e-mail address or something, why not call them and actually confirm with them weather or not they got your e-mail, or if they are going to help you out.

Hell, if I only relied on one form of communication, I would have failed years ago, being the customer does not make technology work.

Did you reply to the email that says "do not reply to this email" ?

The guys at elite are top notch. Must be a mistake somewhere. Give them a call.

    You don't fucking get it.

Yes. They made a mistake. Yes. You emailed them.

However, they didn't respond. So fucking escalate the issue to the next available medium (i.e. the fucking PHONE).. or drop it. Those are really your options.

We feel your pain, but you're not doing everything you can do to solve the issue, therefore its hard to feel sympathy. When you call, bitch them out all you want - they deserve it... but you have to make the fucking call to get the result.

    Get it?

And this thread is done... I'm not gonna let you bad mouth one of the biggest supporters of my sport and a run by a friend because you didn't get a T-Shirt and are too lazy to pick up the phone
