for fat loss, i noticed i can set the eliptical to a nice interval setting.
is this a question?
i find the intervals on the elliptical useless for hiit. they're too long.
to answer your question maybe running but eliptical
Put it on random and a higher level. Its more like running but without impact. Don't just put it at level 2 and prance around for 15 minutes.
no elliptical for home?
What do you consider to long? A lot of machines have HR intervals which means the interval is longer/shorter based upon your intensity.
you can't change the resistance manually?
I would jog for a minute at 10, then up it to 14 and try to run for a minute. Thats good enough.
is elliptical for man the same as running for woman?
Oh, this is not so on on the machine I use. It has fixed intervals of xx mins that just alternate.
I meant that a lot of machines have HR intervals as an option instead of conventional intervals.
