I have been hitting the gym fairly hard for about 8 weeks straight, and last week my elbows started to give me grief, so i decided to take a week off to rest up and recover, but i was wondering what if anything is available to assist with joint /tendon recovery/health?

seems like the better my bench was getting the more sore my elbows would get (which obviously makes perfect sense, its just annoying as im making such good gains right now)

Tricep extensions and dips tend to aggravate that sort of thing

So I had that same problem. It turns out I tore the flexor carpi muscle in my forearm.

Does it feel fine untill you get into the gym and feel like a bad ass throbbing pain in your elbow?

If so go see a doc.

I have the same issue and if I dont use blue heat + sleeves before each workout in addition to constant icing benching is almost unbearable. Especially in a shirt. I also noticed when I cut back how much I threw the foosball around or played catch my elbow pain also reduced, so either I throw shit in a weird fucked up way or my elbows are fucked up.
