maybe it was the wrong link. I know those are what BDR uses and he doesn't exactly have 14 inch arms

Oh well, at least you found some

How about actually reading. The measurements for the rehab bands are for your elbow. My previous training partner swears by him. He benched 575 at PA states so if they are good enough for him...

paint.. 575 at what body weight? 575 geared doesnt really impress me unless they are sub 225lbs or its a raw lift.

Lancer.. i just noticed that.. anyway.. i orded the ones like ronny had.

575 at 242.. single ply shirt... Its impressive to me considering its a USAPL Open American Record. And he also Squat 766 before that and then went on to deadlift 678.

christophers.. i a fat fucker:) but never got close to 405:) lol.. when the day.
Paint.. i dont DL or squat because of a back injury. when i could.. at 260 lbs i was repping 600 lbs ass to ankles for sets of 6-10 for squats, and the only time my mad DL was most prob around only 600 ( i didnt ever train DL).
at 245 i pushed up 485 raw max. I took a long time off lifting and when i got back, at 300lbs i repped 405 12 times. No idea what i max now on the bench. My goal for this year is to push up 505 natural for a few reps at under 300lbs.
keep in mind, im admitting im FAR from a lean 300ish lbs..
