When I am doing any chest exercises such as bar/dumbell presses or even some of my shoulder presses my elbow starts to give/lock before I can get to muscle failure. I know there are other exercises like flys or raises that won't strain my elbow, but I've never felt as confident doing them as my current routine. Has anyone else expereinced this before? I don't know if this is a common problem that will go away as gain strength or if I should switch to some new exercises. Any help/experience is appreciated.
