    what film should i use in my elan 7 for just learning? ive heard fuji>*films so what should i get thats reasonable? is there like a website to lean about films? thanks.

    I believe fuji's site till have some good info. Good fil is also expensive. A lot of pros shoot slide film (also called chromes or color transperiency, color reversal) It produces great colors, but it not as leinant with exposures. You need to be right on or a little under. Overexposure will ruin the pic

    Provia is a great film, velia has the best colors ever, sensia is incredible for skin tones

    when i first got my elan iie, i just used fuji superia 200 because it was cheap and i could get the hang of shooting around in film. in my experience, agfa ultra 100 yielded some amazing colors. it was almost like having a circular polarizer attached to my lens, the blues were deep, the reds were vibrant and the greens were sharp
