    Been going about twice a week for the last couple years but decided to ramp it up as I want to change my career to the fire service.

    Starting Weight: 341 Starting Height... 6' 4"

    One week: 335


    Diet:

    Breakfast:
    One packet oatmeal,
    One hard boiled egg.
    One piece of fruit or half a grapefruit.

    Snack (Half an Oh Yeah Bar)

    Lunch:
    Chicken breast sandwich on sprouted wheat with mustard and lettuce.
    10 Triscuits
    Water

    Snack( Almonds or a PB and J on sprouted wheat with Natural PB and Sugar Free Jelly)

    Dinner:
    6 oz protein
    Tons of vegetables steamed or grilled.

    Exercise:
    45 Minutes of Cardio 3x a week.
    Weight training and Interval training 2x a week. (Same Day)

    So more protein and more lifting. My trainer set this up so that the snacks ranged in at about 200cal no matter what I choose. The weight loss on this diet is dependent on the exercise but also the calorie deficit from the eating schedule i have every day. I wouldn't mind more protein in my diet but not with a bunch of calories attached.

    Anything with protein will have less calories than a PB&J, even slimjims.

    Week 5: Another 3.5 down. 15.5 total. 325.5.

    Week 6: Strangely another 3.5 down exactly. 19 lbs total, 322 lbs down from 341.

    Keep going. 3.5lbs is fast, you seem to be doing well. FYI It will probably slow down once you get to 290.

    I was told that's how it would go, so I am expecting it. 290 is at least 8-10 weeks out so I am not stressing, just enjoying the results I'm seeing now!

    Week 7: 2 lbs lost. 21 total over 7 weeks. 3lbs a week average. Total weight now 320.

    Haven't updated this shit in ages.

    Been a year and a half since I started this thing, and I am happy to say I am 1.5 lbs away from my first weight goal of 70lbs.

    Lost 68.5 lbs. From 341 to 272.5 as of Monday.

    Oh, and I realized once i do that i need to lose 21 more.

    New goal is to get to 250.
