    I know its bad but i'm mainly upper body...
    today march 15

    bench...
    warm up... 3 sets of 135 10 reps...

    155 2 sets 8 reps

    165 1 set 5 reps...

    leg extensions...
    3 sets 140 (chicken legs) I know

    Biceps
    db 40 pounds... ten reps 3 sets
    incline db... 25 pounds ten reps... 2 sets
    ez bar... dunno what else its called... standing up???!?! 75 pounds... 3 sets 10 reps

    then ran during lax practice... thats my workout for the day

    16th... of march... worked upper chest
    incline bp 135 4 sets 8 reps... then ran an hour and 30 minutes with the lax team... i didnt feel like doing anymore

    march 17th.... interestingly enough i attempted to try pyramids

    starts out like this...

    (bench press btw)

    135 x 8
    155 x 8
    165 x 6
    175 x 4
    185 x 3
    175 x 4
    165 x 6
    155 x 8
    135 x 8
    alot of sets but it works... then military press (db)
    30 x 10
    40 x 8
    45 x 8
    50 x 8

    lat pull downs
    biceps (preacher curl)
    45 x 10
    55 x 10
    65 x 10

    there you have it abs soon to come later tonight
