I believe it's common knowledge among bodybuilders that eating RAW egg whites as a protein source is bad, since you can only absorb appox 50% of the protein compared to a cooked egg white. Because of this I always cook my eggs. I recently just learned however that you can buy pasteurized eggs or LIQUID egg whites. These are "cooked" through pasteurization, yet remain in liquid form. Can't believe I never heard of this before. Thought I'd share in case someone else hasn't either. Who here uses liquid egg whites? How does a glass of liquid egg whites taste? Any good recipes?
