May be a horribly dumb question, but I never see anyone talk about hard-boiled eggs here..
Any nutritional difference? The act of boiling the eggs doesn't reduce any of the nutritional values or anything, right? Just thinking that Hard-boiled would be easier to take to work with me and eat at work. :eek3:

i cant stand eggs in any form so i have to scramble them with potatoes and cheese to even make them ingestible.

eating 6 scrambled eggs seems to be easier than eating 6 hardboiled, (from my experience when i tried eating them)

if taste isnt a concern then hardboiled are just as nutritious form what i've read as scrambeled/fried.

I prefer hardboiled to scrambled to be honest. :) Yum. plus it's easier to just eat the whites if you want to go that route.

I like softboiled eggs myself. It's too easy to overcook when you hardboil them. when that happens your whole house smells like yellowstone
