Eggs: more benefits cooked or raw?

    Not taking into consideration the risk of salmonella, what is the more beneficial way to take in eggs?

    if you can, please expand further with if you are trying to lose fat, or gain muscle.

    i've heard that the proteins from eggs are half as effective if it's raw, and i've also heard that eggs lose nutrients when you cook them. i'm confused! :ugh:

    im interested to know if any nutrients are destroyed during cooking

    Uncooked protein is less bioavailable, I think it's around 55% for uncooked egg protein vs 95% for cooked egg protein. It's always better cooked. Plus, there's the risk of salmonella. For the nutrients, well, any kind of processing lowers the nutrient count but I don't care. And you shouldn't.
    I don't know how I "could expand further".

    as in would there be any difference in comparison with a bulking to cutting routine. from how you put it, seems like it doesn't matter.

    What matters is caloric intake and macro breakdown. What food you chose is up to you, there's no magical anabolic or fat loss food.
