Anything bad about eating eggs every morning?
High cholesterol. But other than that, they're good. If you only eat one yolk then you should be golden. Eat all the egg whites you want.

one yolk is about 70-85% of your cholesterol needs for a day. You should limit yourself to about 300mg Cholesterol in a day. Not to mention, all the fat from an egg is in the yolk.
i eat 4 whole eggs per day. been doing this for 3-4 years. had my chol. checked recently and it was fine
There's the whole thing about egg cholesterol being good cholesterol, but I don't really wanna get into that here
As long as youre healthy and youre not eating a bunch of other crap like fast food eggs arent much of a worry.
I usually have 4 eggs every morning.. take 2 yolks out
Cholesterol level has a big genetic component as well. The 300 mg per day is a good average guideline. "Average" being the operative word.
4 eggs every morning here, 3 yolks 1 white.
they say your body doesn't digest/consume the cholesterol in eggs very well and it's passed mostly anyway
how the cholesterol effects you all depends on your hdl/ldl count in your bloodstream.
I will rather have 4 whole eggs a day than a big mac everyday thats for damn sure though.

egg yolks contain good cholesterol but are mainly fat. i eat 5 eggs and remove 3 yolks. that gives me the amount of protein/fat ratio i want when combined with some fiberous bread. I actually probably want less fat but the yolks taste so damn good!
6 whites and 1 yolk every morning here.
don't worry so much about the cholesterol. blood cholesterol is controlled mainly by genetics. Dietary cholesterol intake only plays a small portion of it. There are guys here with normal cholesterol who have 6-7 eggs/day.
that being said, if you do have a high dietary cholesterol intake, might wanna have a doc do a cholesterol check to make sure your diet isn't fucking ya.

I switch it up... usually have 5 whites about 3 mornings a week.
9 eggs, 1 yolk.
eggs are so horrible for you... that's why my breakfast consists of muscle milk, mac and cheese, and bacon.... fuck those unhealthy eggs
I use egg beaters. Six whites and two yolks in the morning.
6 eggs, 2.5 yolks here
I like mine over easy.
