I was reading some health books and they mentioned that eggs are a great source of protein and are healthy. My roomates are extremely ripped and huge and they eat bacon and eggs every morning. I thought this wouldnt be good at all..but they definitely arent getting fat at all. This cant be good for cholestrol though right? What is the verdict.. i'm currently 6'1 and 160 lbs..i'm pretty toned but trying to get super ripped..just wondering if i should stay away eating this..i'm taking lots of whey protein though and wouldnt mind getting the natural protein from eggs.
