usually 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg, with chopped up green onion, tomato, brocolli and sometimes cheese. don't really have much time in the morning before i have to go to work so this is usually the best i'll do in the egg department.

i'll usually accompany it with an apple, banana, and protein shake

    Bulking Breakfast:

    - 4 whole eggs (scrambled)
    - 4 whites (scrambled)
    - 1/4 cup cottage cheese in egg mixture
    - 5 slices turkey bacon
    - 2 slices whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter on top
    - Oats
    - Fresh fruit, or 100% pure fruit juice

    Cutting Breakfast:

    - 1 whole egg (scrambled)
    - 4 whites (scrambled)
    - 1/4 cup cottage cheese in egg mixture
    - 2 slices turkey bacon, or 2 slices ham
    - Some form of carb... Only one though; (hashbrowns, 1 slice whole wheat with PB, or oats).

I usually switch off between that meal one day, and the next day I will do 2 slices of whole wheat bread with PB and 2 scoops whey (when cutting)

A huge toasted bagel with cream cheese and a serving of ice cold ON chocolate is one of the best morning/early afternoon post-workout meals :)

Turkey Bacon is the shizz! I toss two strips in the microwave on high for 1 minute, wait until they cool and they come out nice and crispy.
