    Vettedude has pics and video

The first day was like a "lecture" but it was basically, he went over a few things and then just answered questions for hours. Wendler is definetely one of the coolest guys I've ever met and obviously extremely knowledgeable. Second day, we went over the form of the bench and the squat, just w/ the bar. I discovered that my box squat form is as bad as I thought it was, and perhaps even worse. In terms of bench, finally discovered what tucking elbows is, and how tight my upper back needs to be.
