    My bench has ALWAYS been fucking pathetic. Long gorilla arms FTMFL when it comes to benching.

    Granted Im on gear, but still. Made me happy, and I hardly ever care much about lifts. Felt good though.

    i went on to 275 and pumped out 7. maybe ill try for 315 next monday.

    diet changes just more food and cleaner.

    to prevent gyno i do 4-6 pumps AIFM its been working great per day and obviously PCT clomid/nolva/hcg

    weird, I banged out 30 as a drop set after my most recent heavy bench session and my endurance has always kinda sucked.

    Wonder what I'd hit if I was fresh.

    i dont bench though....ever. All hammer or db last 5 years. I bet i could have done 40+ reps easy when i could single 455 about 7 decades ago. I did get 100 db's for 20 last night easy enough.

    His drop sets after say working up to 500x3 would look like 405x10, 315x20, 225x40, and they all looked easy. Fucking freak of nature.

    If he wasn't so lazy when it came to lifting and actually gave a shit about numbers he could've been even better :p

    Interesting. No BB even for inclines?

    Every time I press heavy with DB's I end up with pain in my elbow. It's non-existant or minimal with BB pressing unless I'm doing close grips.

    I was doing that for a while but went back to bb pressing because I felt like it was holding me back. I do lower the bar to my neck though, with a wide grip, and elbows out.

    Any reason you prefer that?

    for incline, theres no real finesse movement to it so smith is just easier to concentrate on my squeeze. I wouldnt flat in a smith if you paid me to. Theres an arch and finess to that for a reason. I went back to bb a month ago an tore my shoulder pretty bad, i was on my 6th rep with 295 and it felt liek a zipper ...been rehabbing it since but im back to 100's already on db's so im happy at least. Too bad to i loved benching again after so many years away.
