I've only done this a few times so this is by far the be all and end all of making sushi rolls, but its a start. More detailed instructions can come later, this is just what I remember here at work.

    Needed
Sushi Grade Fish (Tuna, Salmon etc)
    Real or imitation crab leg
    Veggies (Cucumber, Avacado, etc)
    Sushi (sticky) rice
Sushi rice seasoning (can be home made or bought in bottle at local asian supermarket)
    Nori (seaweed wrap)

    Rice
1)Cook sushi rice according to package
2)Once cooked, lay rice into a big pan
3)Mix in sushi seasoning, being careful not to crush rice grains
    4)Let cool to room temp

    Meat & Veg
    1)cut into long thin-ish strips

    Roll
1)Lay a piece of nori (seaweed) on sushi mat
2)Spread 0.25" of rice on nori, leaving about 0.25" room along one edge to seal the roll
3)Lay filling in a row at end opposite edge without rice
4)Roll it up, moistening the strip of nori not covered by rice so becomes sticky to seal the roll

This was our first attempt and it turned out pretty good if you ask me.

I've wanted to get into making my own sushi for a while now :o

For future edus I would recommend documenting each step with a picture. :x:
