EDU Request: How to take proper Before and After Pictures

    I want to take 3 or 4 pictures that will show the important parts of showing the changes I and my cousin will start making in the future. I couldn't find any info on google, any suggestions?

    any pictures will do. just make sure you reproduce the same conditions (lighting, pose) in both shots.

    thanks will do, just wondering if I should be flexed, and any pose I should be doing, but apparently it doesn't make a difference

    make sure you are slumped over and are not smiling. I've never seen a "before" photo where the person is as happy/upbeat as the after photo.

    Use the SteveO method of turning off all the lights and not using the flash on your camera :p

    Make sure you take back and leg shots too, most people forget :nono:

    yeah.. take leg shots or people will assume you dont work them, and then you will be flamed accordingly

    front double bicep, back double bicep, lat spread, wheels, most muscular pose.

    same place, same camera, same lighting, same distance from camera.. do both either pre or post workout (pumps account for a decent amount of size)..
