EDU: How to maximize your erection strength, load size, and sex drive

    Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, obviously. Everything I have listed I am using or have used at some point. If you dose more than I recommend, I may or may not know what potential side effects may occur. Otherwise, I have had no negative sides and only positive sides resulting in comments from my gf such as "holy shit your dick has never been this big before" "oh my fucking god that was a lot of cum" and "god damn your dick is soo veiny"

    Enjoy.

    Basics (yes i realize most people know this shit but i am obligated to say it anyways)

    1. Diet: Eat a good clean diet as much as possible. Increased fruit intake will result in a more pleasant money shot for the receiver of your loads. Pineapple is well known for this. Increased fruits in general will improve the flavor for your girl and yourself when she goes to make out with you after your sloppy blowjob :bowrofl: Transfats and too many saturated fats also have potential negative benefits for the body. Celery is also known to increase load size.

    2. Cardio: Improves blood flow, energy and stamina. 3-5 days a week at least 20 minutes. I get by just fine with 3 days a week 20 minutes on the elliptical with 150-160 heartrate.

    3. Sleep: 8 hours. If you dont get enough sleep you obviously will feel sluggish and your test levels will lower and your cortisol rises. Low quality sleep will not reward you with the best sex.

    4. Water: Lots of water, all day long. 1-2 gallons a day. Stay hydrated, staying well hydrated will INCREASE your load size.

    5. Stay away from: alcohol, tobacco (tobacco will shrink your blood flow resulting in reduced erection strength over time), sugar, processed foods, etc. a glass or two of red wine is baller though and has good health benefits.

    6. Lift heavy fucking weights. Train squats dead bench rows etc.

    Optional but highly recommended
    7. Kegel's Exercises.

    Benefits - stronger (noticeable for your woman) erections. you will also shoot your load further and it will feel more enjoyable / better sensations.

    Legal Supplementation:

    1. Fish oil - I dont know if this helps my sex functions or not, but it keeps the acne down and makes me feel good so i would take this anyways. I prefer pharmaceutical grade fish oil, others just take costco brand. i do 4-8 caps a day. I take http://www.nordicnaturals.com/en/4/General_Public

    2. Multi-vitamin - Keeps you healthy and provides some good vitamins and minerals. I use vitamin shoppes [​IMG]

    3. herbs and other OTC products: zma is great, pure maca is great, ginseng and ginko biloba is good as well. if you are going to take it for 2-4 weeks, take 1-2 weeks off inbetween.


    4. L-arginine.

    Your l-arginine is pure natural viagra. Period. It will also give you bigger bumps while you work out. Its your "NITROUS OXIDE" or what the fuck ever. L-arginine is your friend. I cant find the brand I use on vitamin shoppe so I will edit this later when I find it. If you buy it in pill form, buy 1000mg pills. if you buy powder, you are on your own I dont fuck with powder.

    When it is ok to take l-arginine: 30 minutes before a meal OR 2-3 hours AFTER a meal. Do not take l-arginine with food. it has decreased effectiveness.

    Dosing schedule for starters:

    take on an empty stomach. stack with pycnogenol for synergistic effects. recommend 3-5 grams spread out over the course of a day for the argine. 50-100mg / day of pycnogenol is ok, i use 50 mg.

    you can take up 20g a day safely. i experimented with 7g of arginine in one setting. the results? i got mild naseaus, a slight headache, I felt VERY jittery and shaky, and I blew my load super super fast which is not normal for me. i wouldnt abuse the l-arginine and not go over 5g a day max imo.

    other benefits from l-arginine include:

    5. pomegranite juice - this stuff is natural viagra. this stuff is AMAZING to drink everyday. 2-8oz a day, 4oz a day is a good amount to stay at imo. pomegran is actually proven to clear some plaque out of your arteries :bowdown:

    I had an area on here about using research chemicals. I am removing it because for most people, I do not see a reason or think it is very responsible to use research chemicals. If you are concerned with low test or low thyroid, you need to see your regular doctor and request a blood panel of total test, lh, fsh, and free test. also have him run a full panel on your thyroid levels. once you have your levels tested, you can make an educated decision on what to do next.

    natural / cheaper alternatives...

    1. - Smoked wild salmon, avacados, unrefined virgin olive oil .. fats with high omega 3s !
    2. If you eat a balanced diet containing fruits AND veggies ...no point.
    3. Non fried Oysters , brazil nuts , almonds
    4. arginine/ no-2 stuff are vasodilators... (dialating blood flow )... alcohol does this, to a point of course , but to much arginine would be just as bad.. everythign has its limits

    i eat a bunch of those nuts and berries and i didnt see the same results i see with the supplements i listed. im just saying.
