Isn't the STi faster, and have a lot more utility than both these cars?

STi and EVO are just as much are just as much sports cars as the mustang and 370z, hell, I'd say even moreso. STi is lighter, faster, and handles better than both the 370z and Mustang :bowrofl:

and both are meh, common as fuck, the only thing i'll give the mustang is that it has some spirit/essence to it due to its popularity over the years and heritige

They should never offer a V6 auto version that highschool girls get from their dads and wiminz in their 40s get to feel young again

damn, tough choice but i'd probably go with the Z. already owned a mustang.

but if it was the new 5.0 for '11 it'd be the stang hands down

    a mustang handles fine

it mightnt take corners as fast as a Evo, but this isn't europe, in australia and america roads are mostly straight.

It could be a such better handling car if it had independed suspension, i think top gear had a mustang with 500hp and another one with 380hp which had custom fully independed suspension and if i am not mistaken, it absolutely pwned the 500hp one. I dont understand why the mustang after so many years still doesnt have independed susp.

i beleive that was the rouche mustang right? It had 420hp, and the GT500 had 500hp. The rouche just had stiffer suspension, still had a live rear end.

Maybe I heard it wrong then but for some reason I thoght they said independed.

Either way, I dont understand why they still insist on live rear end, I doubt it would be that difficult to change the design of the suspension on the stang. It would be such a good car if it had.

the cars both have merits imo, they barely gave it to the Z

i'd still prefer the Mustang, Ford just wont give it a sports car suspension tune
