Edit/Modify My Food/Meal Plan (Cutting - putting on lean muscle)

    so, i started cutting here recently......I still want to gain lean muscle, but cut out all the bad weight.

    so...this is what I've been eating:

    Breakfast:
    Oatmeal
    Yogurt
    1% Milk
    Banana

    Lunch:
    Chicken Breast or Lunch Meat w/ Swiss on Wheat Bread
    Carrots
    Low Fat Yogurt
    LivActiv Cheese Stick (Colby Jack)
    Bottled Water

    Dinner:
    Rotate between.....
    Chicken Pot Pie
    Grilled Chicken
    Salmon Burgers
    Other type of Fish
    1% Milk

    eat w/
    Baked Potato
    Fresh Fruit
    Steamed Veggies
    Breakfast Dinner (Eggs....etc)

    I would switch from 1% to skim, the taste isn't that different. I would also be careful on the chicken pot pie, that might be loaded with fat and calories. Otherwise, as long as your portions are normal. It seems pretty well thought out as long as you stick with it.

    add more water throughout the day until your piss is clearer than the water you're drinking

    cut out milk and bread products and NO CHICKEN POT PIES!!
