    It hurts your back. A lot. It also stretches your lat something awful if IIRC.

    i got my first ever twister during sparring a couple days ago on a blue belt. he had no idea what i was doing.. he had never seen it before :rofl:

    it's soooooo hard for me to set up. ive sparred with a few of bravo's students and they tell me only a couple guys there are really good at it.

    I was just thinking though all the local tourneys disqualify for neck cranks so I'm not even going to bother.
