good or bad for nutrition?? i have no clue im j/w

k i see a bunch of numbers but i never look at labels so i wouldnt know if that is a lot or little of each catagory cuz i couldnt compare it to anything
is that a bad thing?
I'm new to F&N but maybe some of the older members can tell you. But from what I read so far, it makes you grow boobies. But if you're a female, the more the better

It will elevate estrogen levels...but to push your levels high enough to grow boobies you will be eating quite a lot. I have never tested it so I can't give you any numbers though.
Other plants with similar estrogenic effects like lavender are known to have been a cause of gyno in pre-pubescent males. I don't think anyone is bathing in soybeans or eating enough to have those effects but I prefer to leave my natural levels as is.
I just picked up some Seapoint Farms dry roasted edamame from Kroger.
Not too bad. Kinda tastes like sunflower seeds mixed with green tea or something.
I've gotten a few "bad nuts" and they taste pretty funky.
If you consume a lot of soy you might have increased estrogen production. Eating tofu isn't going to give you C-cups overnight.
