for those that take it, is it worth getting? or if i was to cut should i just get y... ?
if you read the archives, there's an excellent thread about it.
looks like people who have used it absolutely loved it.
start with really low doses and work ur way up, someone was in the er twice in one night cause they took too much.

okayyyyyyy, so you read people who are using it's testimonials. what did you need to make this thread for?
I'm guessing it wasn't for replies like this one....
I wouldn't do Y alone, however I'd personally stay away from stims.
*shrug* the archive's thread answers his question of if y is worth it alone.
you don't need anything when you hardly have any muscle. Learn to diet and do cardio
i used it towards the end of my dieting/finals time, ii dont think anoyone needs it, but it deffinately helps curve hunger.
i personally found the thermogenic effects to be minimal at best, non-existent at worst.
you'll find that it will curb your appetite, so if you eat a lot, it will work well for you. i took it mainly as an energy aid and ended up having a lot of problems and won't take it again.
if you are going ot take it, make sure to start slow and work up, then slowly work down. also, take it sparingly.. i never took it for more than one month at a time.
