I have been working out for almost 2 months now. I lost about 15 lbs so far, which aint too bad. I would like to add an ECY Stack to my diet. How much am I supposed to take? Do I only take this on training days? Or can I take it on my off days as well? I'm looking to cut another 30-35 lbs away. I am 5'7" and I currently weigh in at 190lbs dripping wet. I want to get to 155-160lbs. Any info that you guys may have to share would be great. I want to use this stuff properly, or not at all. Just in case any of you suggest that I need to work my diet better, I am currently taking in about 1500-1600 calories daily. I take in about 200 grams of protein daily as well. I do 45 minutes of cardio 5x per week. In addition to that I weight train as well. Monday - Chest Tuesday - Back Wednesday - Shoulders Thursday - Legs Friday - Arms Saturday and Sunday are my off days. Thanks in Advance.
