ECY Stack. When to take and how much?

    I have been working out for almost 2 months now. I lost about 15 lbs so far, which aint too bad. I would like to add an ECY Stack to my diet. How much am I supposed to take? Do I only take this on training days? Or can I take it on my off days as well? I'm looking to cut another 30-35 lbs away. I am 5'7" and I currently weigh in at 190lbs dripping wet. I want to get to 155-160lbs.

    Any info that you guys may have to share would be great. I want to use this stuff properly, or not at all.

    Just in case any of you suggest that I need to work my diet better, I am currently taking in about 1500-1600 calories daily. I take in about 200 grams of protein daily as well.

    I do 45 minutes of cardio 5x per week. In addition to that I weight train as well.

    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Shoulders
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Arms

    Saturday and Sunday are my off days.

    maybe he said it because searching is the best way to get that information. Someone posts this same question every other day and I, along with many others, don't bother answering them anymore. If you can't be bothered to run a search that will yield 20+ threads answering your question, I can't be bothered to spoon-feed you information :hsugh:

    start with low doses to asses tolerance, and build up. generally, people use it at these dosages:

    7.5-10mg Y, 200mg C 2 hours before breakfast.
    25mg E, 200mg C 4 hours after the YC
    25mg E, 200mg C another 4-6 hours afterwards

    start off with 2.5 Y and 1 daily dose of 12.5 (half tablet) of E, then the next day bump it to 5 Y and 2 daily doses of 12.5 E, etc. you dont want to just jump in there at full dosing.

    honestly though, there hasnt been an ecy thread for like a week or so, and typing out that answer took me all of 2 minutes. its part of being a community; if you dont want to answer, dont, but you dont have to be dicks

    I goto the gym @ 7am. I come home and eat breakfast after I work out. So what would I do?

    ECY dosage guidelines are going to be the same for you as they are for anyone else.

    I would really suggest not stacking Y w/ E

    I read that before starting it and didnt listen. Nothing bad happened, but I felt like utter shit all day... and I followed the above schedule.

    Maybe it was just me, but if you start feeling bad, consider running a cycle of EC then YC.

    as long as you wait at least 4 hours between Y and E, it should be fine. you probably felt like utter shit from the E; it makes me feel crazy.

    I'm on EC right now and the E still makes me feel like crap, but not nearly as much as ECY (and i did wait the 4 hours :dunno: )

    I always felt like killing someone while stacking all 3. Like i said, it might have been just me.

    Thanks for the info. This is the kind of info I was looking for.

    Now, since I goto the gym early in the moring, I should take the CY before I go, then take the EC after I eat breakfast? (My breakfast is about 4 hours after the CY) Then take another EC Stack about 6 hours after that?

    yup, exactly. YC pre-cardio will actually make you lose fat at a much higher rate.

    E= ephedrine
    Y=yohimbe (SP?)
    C=caffine?

    right except for Y, dont confuse yohimbe with yohimbine HCL. Yohimbe is the plant, yohimbine HCL is the active ingredient. dont buy stuff iwth yohimbe, just yohimbine HCL.

    its sold as a bronchodilator, and includes a mild expectorant that might make your nose run
