    Is it even worh it to start lifiting? My girlfriends have bigger wrist and ankle then me. My overall bone structure should belong to petite woman model. :wtc:

    Any lifters here that face this horrible syndrom?

    as of today i am 175lbs. My body has made obvious transformation throught my progress. Ten more pounds to go and I will hit my goal.

    The one benefit of smaller joints is a 18" arm on you will look bigger compared to someone who also has 18" arms but his joints are twice as big.

    I started at 120 lbs. I'm around 175 right now and am still pretty lean. It takes time to get to where some other people start, but keep at it and you won't be a little bitch forever.

    Well I was BS about lifting... i've been lifting for a some time now (1.5yrs) but my body is close to brad pitt fight club... and I DO NOT WANT THAT. I'm 6'0 @157lbs. Bench max is 205x2 and deadlift 224x6. Sucks because I see frat boys that are skinny as me but give them 5 weeks of dirty diet and gymtime and they become big as ronnie coleman. :hsugh:

    Back in high school I ran XC and was about [email protected]'11" my senior season. I'm up to [email protected]'0" (I grew an inch. lulz) Granted I don't have tiny joints but compared to other guys I lift with they are not that big.

    Yea i fucking hit puberty late. USe to be 224lbs at 5'8 or someshit of pure corn oil fat. Just hate having weak joints.

    you should be happy with what you got.

    read up on hardgainer techniques and don't be such a pussy

    im 180 at 5'8" and when i get swole i also lose any sort of 6 pack... high body fat from genetics sucks. being a hardgainer means you just have to pack it on man and not worry about what you eat as long as its a lot of it.

    yea it sucks because i want to live a "normal life" as in go out party.. drink and shit but that probably declines any progress i make. I eat like shit too because my friends are not real health conciousness.

    I KNOW :wtc: Now make fun of me, but I am proud of the progress i have made. A year ago after my extreme fat loss, i was The Machinest skinny :rofl:.. My chest was inverted because of the lack of fat. Now I have a built that i did with some supplements. I was on NO-xplode, (hatte hate hate) but it worked. Now I'm on animal pump and it seemed to really do nothing. I know eating and sleeping is the BEST remedy, but any extra help is needed for my poor genes. Any recommendation?

    so many things wrong...

    normal for most of us on here is: eat food, lift weights, eat food, eat food, lift weights again, eat more food, sleep and repeat

    notice I didnt say drink alcohol or hang out with friends or party

    I do all of those things you say we don't do and I'm willing to bet I'm bigger/stronger then you. The key is doing those things in moderation. At the end of the week if I want to have a beer or two with my friends I'm going to. Granted I don't get shitfaced and stay out all night but I still spend time with people other then my training partners and roommate.

    bit normal now.. I can fathom myself scarificing so much unless i was Ronnie Coleman or a fucking model/celeb working out for a role in a movie. BTW. whats more of a total body workout bench or Squat?

    For sure brah. I should be eating right now but I'm going to the gym in a little bit. Can have shit in my stomach for my NO-xplode son..
