    Probably has been discussed, but i eat plenty, anywhere between 2500-2800 calories on a given day, pretty clean while i want to bulk. im 6'1 and im stuck at 196 for a while now. just been putting on lean muscle rather size. i mean i guess its good for the time being...but should i throw in a gainer?

    You're 196lbs trying to bulk on 2500-2800 calories.

    throw in more calories (about 200-300/day) whether it's from gainers or food.

    if you want another shake, just make your own gainer-type shake

    milk
    whey
    oats
    peanut butter
    banana

    blend it up and enjoy

    endo's have either the slowest or most efficient metabolisms depending on how you look at it, if you are a true endo, then I believe the calorie intake.

    why do i have to do cardio and eat at 2100 cals a day to lose. I envy all you fuckers cutting at 25-2800.

    i didn't start putting on weight until 3,000 or so..and lose weight at 2600 and i'm 145.
