anyhoe doing the ECA stack?
or rather... the EC stack (what i'm doing)
how's your progress?
I'm going to start one, but yeah that's not really what you're looking for.
how do you know what i'm looking for?
I'm down like 6 or 8 pounds in a week and a half.
are you taking aspirin with it? i've found that it really doesnt make a difference... whats your routine? how do you eat? when do you work out?
I am not taking asprin.
I was on a push/pull routine and was doing alot of 5x5 and 3x8 stuff with heavier weights, but as of next week I am going to Christoper's.
I have been eating alot cleaner, unfortunately I can give you exact breakdowns on cals, protein, etc.
I work out somewhere between 6:30 and 8 it depends on when I get home from work.
You're a dumbass, she said it wasn't what you were looking for because she was GOING to start one, but hasn't started one yet, so she couldn't give you any progress, learn to fucking read.
I don't know much about the stacks, but I keep reading on here that you only need the asprin if you're obese.
um. b/c you asked about progress and I have nothing to say b/c I haven't started mine.
its been almost 3 weeks on it
i think i need to cycle it. it's starting to lose its effectiveness. but i found i got more energy while doing cardio with it. lifting, not so much imo
How often are you taking it and when are you taking it?
2x daily... once in the morning and the other 30 min before workouts. 25mg ephedrine each time with the caffiene. it's kind of sporadic actually. i'm taking ephedrine, not ephedra. ive heard its not as effective. i really want to go on actual ephedra because i'm not seeing tremendous results
I taking my first one around 11 (I wake up at 8), then I will take a second around 6ish before I work out.
I am still seeing results with that, but when I plateau a little bit, I will up it to 3x a day.
BTW I am also on ephedrine.
i eat pretty well though
oatmeal in the morning
turkey wrap and some protein bar for lunch
and protein shake with some veggies for dinner
plus i work out probably 4 times a week
are you on vasopro? which brand?

I'll be starting ECY sometime in April I think.
So are you guys taking Vasopro or Biotek and does it matter? have a preference?
it doesn't matter
I take vasopro, but there really isn't any difference that you or I would notice.
