why are you taking ephedrine if you've never taken supplements before?

the need for aspirin has pretty much be written off, especially at the high doses that are generally recommended.

Focus on one or the other, not both.

Only when taken at the same time. But tons of products out there that already mix the two.

I think its fine to mix the two. Moreso if you are cutting too. Now as to whether the TS should be doing the same...

its fine to mix the supps. they both have positives when dieting and bulking. the energy the EC gives you is great when lifting, regardless of whether you are dieting or trying to grow. creatine has been shown to be good for you in general, and its been shown to be anabolic which'll help you grow if you're bulking and will help you keep the muscle you already have if you're dieting

    That basically sums it up.

I did E/C + Creatine with no problems.

    Eh, it's hard to say.

E/C kills your apetite and you eat less, so it needs to be expected that you're going to lose some muscle while on it. But I think that if you keep your workouts good, protein high, and stay on creatine it will help keep LBM intact.

Might as well do both... it can't hurt, and it might actually help.

there are no issues with creatine and caffiene, except that using them both requires greater H2O consumption.

    Yeah, this is pretty important.

When I was doing E/C + Mono Creatine I would dehyrate REAL quick. I would play one game of full-court basketball and be soaked in sweat and nearly dying. I would have to chug water and rest for a good 10min before I could play another game.

I was during my workouts though.... Only really became an issue during intense exercise.

high protein diet (which means most everyone involved in sports and fitness, some more so than others) also means higher water requirements.

it was probably an issue all the time, it just became a acute issue then. even mild chronic dehydration impairs performance.
