EC Stack v. sleeping problems

    Anyone have problems sleeping on the stack?

    I've been one and off it for like 2 months now (usually 2 weeks on, 1 week off) and i really have shit sleep when I'm on it. I usually take my last dose like 6 hours before bed, but can't fall asleep easily and then sometimes wake up at night. Should I just forget about my afternoon dose? Sleeping pills?

    take the dose earlier in the afternoon... I'd recommend no later than 4pm.

    Try taking some L-Theanine before bed, I've found it helps counteract a lot of caffeine at night.

    I should get back into meditating...I wake up at like 3am and that shouldn't be the C at that time. I think the combo of stress and the stack is fucking me up. But yea...I'm gonna try to take it at like 3:30-4 today and see if that helps.

    Just did a google search on L-Theanine...where can I buy this? Anywhere that's not online?

    I get mine at Vitamin Shoppe... first couple of times you take the stuff it feels like you popped some valium

    At first I did, but then I got used to it.

    I wouldn't recommend taking a dosage any later than 8hours prior to bedtime. That is just me though.

    I would take dosage at 9am and another at 2pm and that was it and I would be in bed around 2am.

    For the week that I took 3 doses it was 9am, 1pm, 5pm and bed @ 2am.

    I usually go to sleep around 11ish. I took my last dose at 3:30pm yesterday and didn't do too bad. I think reading Harry Potter before bed and stressing about my ex isn't helping...but oh well. I'll stop by Vitamin Shoppe sometime this week.

    eat turkey with milk before bed (high tryptophan), you will sleep well :)

    Eww...I hate milk. I forgot to stop by the shoppe. Shit, I need to go to CVS too...damn. I didn't take my dose till like 4:30 yesterday and I slept okay. I think maybe it's just the first few days I go back on the stack I get too wired maybe.
